¤ STRICTLY no reservations
As each item’s quantity is controlled, therefore if there is overwhelming response to a particular piece, we will go by first pay first serve basis. We seek your understanding regarding this.
¤ Please kindly note that all items are subjected to availability. In the event that you have made payment for the item, we will make a full refund to you should the item is not available anymore.
¤ GERJODY bears no responsibility for any damages during mailing. We will take the greatest care to make sure your item is intact before sending it out.
HOW TO BUY FROM GERJODY:
If you like to purchase any of our items, you can:
· Leave a comment under the collection with your email address with the following
1. Your name
2. Email address
3. Item name and color, if any [as subject] OR
· Email us directly at gerjody@hotmail.com with the above details
We will send you an acknowledgement email!
Please make your payment as soon as possible once we have confirmed your order BEFORE another makes the transfer BEFORE YOU, priority will be given to the person.
In this case, we will send you a notification email and refund any amount that you had already transferred
PAYMENT:
We strongly recommend you to pay via IBanking, as it will make transactions smoother and easier for us to locate your payment. However, if you do not have an IB account yet, we do accept ATM transfers but a picture of the receipt is to be shown.
POSTAGE
¤ Delivery will be made within 3 working days. Postage prices as followed:
- Clothing: S$1.50 per item
If you choose registered mail, an additional $2.24 will be charged.
- FOR EXAMPLE:
ITEM COST $28
IT WILL BE
$28 + 1.5 = 29.50 (NORMAL POSTAGE)
$29.50 + 2.24 = $31.74 (REGISTERED POSTAGE)
*** $2.24 is a one off fixed charge for registered postage that is constant regardless of no of items
¤ GERJODY is not responsible for lost packages through NORMAL postage.
¤ If we happen to have backorders for hot demand items, we will notify you.
